After struggling to get someone to help us clean out a cluttered home, Mark was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He was very responsive and was able to come right out and give us a quote. They arrived promptly when they were scheduled. The job was done in the 2 days that were quoted. Most importantly, the entire crew was very understanding of the emotional needs surrounding a clean out of this kind. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I would use them again in a second but hoping we never have too again but we'll see. Thanks Mark and Bio-One team!
