Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs! I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. I was in the middle of remodeling my place when the rains in May showed I had problems in my roof. Water started to run down from the ceiling on the walls. Making puddles on the floor. My insurance (Farmers Insurance) recommended I hired a company to read the mosture on the walls. They gave me the name of two companies, but after reading their reviews I decided to look for other companies. I found Bio-One and gave tem a call. Armond answered the phone and the next day him and another worker inspected the house and by that evening I had a report to send to my insurance. Unfortunately, they found lots of moisture. We open the walls and found some mold. The next day Armond was there for three consecutive days cleaning and removing the mold. When I went to inspect the job I was very pleased with the results of his work. Every day he kept me informed, and took photos of the progress. I recommend Bio-one of Oceanside highly. They are on time and, they communicated on a daily basis, and are very professional.
