I can't say how much I appreciate the work this team did for me. Life-changing is an understatement. They did an amazing job on what was coincidentally one of the worst days of my life. And they did it with kindness and great care. It was a reset I really needed, and I don't want to think about what that day would have been like without them.

I am the caregiver for a 97-year-old woman that had a severe mold problem in her home. She hired Bio-one and is so happy with the results. Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon! Over the winter, the basement of the property was overrun with rodents. I had no idea who to call but after some googling, discovered Bio-One's stellar reviews.
