I am the caregiver for a 97-year-old woman that had a severe mold problem in her home. She hired Bio-one and is so happy with the results. Everyone was so professional, competent and compassionate, considering her age and the situation.. their two employees Jesus and Paulino were fantastic! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs!
