We called Keith when we needed a clean-up of a relative's house that pet mess and was in disarray. Keith gave a thorough quote and was able to get to the job the same week in my short timeframe since I was in from out of town. Floors, walls and surfaces were all cleaned to my satisfaction and trash was removed! He was kind and compassionate in a difficult situation going above and beyond to even clean inside the Kitchen Aid mixer and taking the trash that I had cleaned out out of the house prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend his services if you are in a messy situation.

I can’t say enough about this company, and specifically Chris as I dealt with him. He is amazing. My brother passed away on October 7, 2022. I was referred by the officer on the scene. I received a call back within 1 hour from Chris. He made time to see me on Saturday and began working on Sunday. By Tuesday everything was done and done perfectly. I was able to tell the property manager that the apartment was clean. She couldn’t believe it was done so quickly!! I highly recommend Bio One. Chris was kind, professional, and always followed through. I just am so impressed.

We had to find a company that was experienced in not only cleaning a hoarder's home but also be compassionate and mindful of how difficult this is for a hoarder. Bio One is top notch in all areas. They were prompt and we're fair with their pricing. When the cleaning day came, they treated us with patience and kindness. Keith and his team were fantastic to work with. They assisted us in cleaning up my Grandfather's bedroom after his death (suicide).
