I was in the middle of remodeling my place when the rains in May showed I had problems in my roof. Water started to run down from the ceilin... g on the walls. Making puddles on the floor. My insurance (Farmers Insurance) recommended I hired a company to read the mosture on the walls. They gave me the name of two companies, but after reading their reviews I decided to look for other companies. I found Bio-One and gave tem a call. Armond answered the phone and the next day him and another worker inspected the house and by that evening I had a report to send to my insurance. Unfortunately, they found lots of moisture. We open the walls and found some mold. The next day Armond was there for three consecutive days cleaning and removing the mold. When I went to inspect the job I was very pleased with the results of his work. Every day he kept me informed, and took photos of the progress. I recommend Bio-one of Oceanside highly. Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other... things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me.
