Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you.
