Bill and Mike have been a true help to us during a time that has been filled with shock, confusion and grief. They are communicative and compassionate and we are so lucky to have them helping us in our time of need. The work they do is hard and they do it with grace, compassion and respect. I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings.
