Andrew and his team went above and beyond to take care of our multifamily building. Andrew was very communicative and supportive as we made it through an unexpected sewer clean up. I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house.
