Gabe was a great resource for our family when my brother passed away. He came out for an estimate and during conversation we discussed that there were important papers we needed. He graciously retrieved them and gave us a fair and honest estimate. My brother was a hoarder and lived in a small place. They are a company that does the work that you do t think about until you need them. Thankful for their good hearts and compassion.

I had an seemingly insurmountable problem with a hoarder in my family. Although I knew for quite some time that the house was a mess (no family was allowed in the house for at least 4 years). When I first walked in it looked like a creepy torture chamber you'd see in a movie. That was after 2 women had removed all 30+ animals from the house! They had already filled two 20 yard dumpsters. I ordered a 30 yarder and with the help of my wife and daughter filled it to the top with yard debris of every kind. I was still trying to get a grip on what needed doing and became overwhelmed. The mess was indescribable the smell was horrific and I really didn't know what to do. That's when I decided to call the Bio-One company. I had called another cleaning company and got a quote (so high) that it made me start thinking about hiring a bulldozer and tearing it down. Bio-One came in and said that they could help and their estimate to do more was fully 1/3 of the first estimate! The crew showed up before 7am and got started as soon as I got there. They were polite, efficient, encouraging and supportive. They had been through this process many times. It's a tough job that requires sensitivity and honesty. In the process of digging out, they unearthed several valuable (sentimental and monetary) items and quickly turned them over to me. The house is 1000% (yes one thousand percent) better for them being there. Thank you Bio-One for helping my family and I get this thing down to a manageable level. I look forward to seeing my family member's face when they see the house all fixed up for the first time! I LOVE BIO-ONE!

not sure I can put into words how Bio One and Gabe transformed our property. Incredibly, they came in with only 2 day's notice and were able to complete a 3 day job in only a day and a half. Gabe and his team were dealing with not only biohazard issues, but also a property which had not been lived in for nearly 2 years. I cannot recommend Gabe and his team more. They were professional, fast, and thorough, and went above and beyond my expectations. 5 stars.

In circumstances where you need to call someone to help with a situation that requires the services of a BioOne, you just will not find two finer qualified people as Gabe and Rebecca. I contacted them in dire circumstances and they came in and took care of business in a kind and caring way while professionally making a property liveable again. I work with many contractors and most times the experience is not good. i cant say enough positive things about the job they did. Wonderful human beings working in tough circumstances doing a professional job. 5 Stars is not enough for a rating.......
