Bio-One Pensacola did a fantastic job! My family was in a very dark place. Grief from losing my father resulted in a couple of my household family members shopping excessively to cope. Bio-One is fantastic! I needed help cleaning my dad's home quickly. Gabe and Rebecca made a difficult situation much more manageable. I had never had to clean up after a deceased tenant in 14 years so i had no idea what measures needed to be taken. Rebecca was extremely prompt and professional. She made me feel like they had it all under control, which they did. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions. Gabe and his associates did an amazing job removing and cleaning up the bio-hazardous materials. Truly exceeded my expectations. On my last meeting with Gabe for him to pick up the ozone treatment machine I had bags of trash from my tenant which someone scavenged through. He even helped me gather the trash in the midst of the chaos and offered gloves and gave me hand sanitizer ( not his responsibility & speaks to his character) These two individuals are running an A1 company. There is no other choice for me in the unfortunate event that I need them. You WILL NOT be disappointed in there services.

Gabe and Rebecca could not have been more helpful and understanding. For our situation, they both were extremely accommodating and respectful of our loved one’s space. They went beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and our family was fully informed of the process along the way. An extra length they were willing to go; they removed an artifact from the space that required work, understanding that it would be important to us. Once it was completely restored, they went out of their way to return it to us. One category that is missing from the review...integrity. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend.
