Gabe and Ruth did an amazing job on the thorough clean out of the apartment. Above and beyond in every way. They were respectful of my father and made him feel comfortable during the process.

I had an seemingly insurmountable problem with a hoarder in my family. Although I knew for quite some time that the house was a mess (no family was allowed in the house for at least 4 years). When I first walked in it looked like a creepy torture chamber you'd see in a movie. That was after 2 women had removed all 30+ animals from the house! They had already filled two 20 yard dumpsters. I ordered a 30 yarder and with the help of my wife and daughter filled it to the top with yard debris of every kind. I was still trying to get a grip on what needed doing and became overwhelmed. The mess was indescribable the smell was horrific and I really didn't know what to do. That's when I decided to call the Bio-One company. I had called another cleaning company and got a quote (so high) that it made me start thinking about hiring a bulldozer and tearing it down. Bio-One came in and said that they could help and their estimate to do more was fully 1/3 of the first estimate! The crew showed up before 7am and got started as soon as I got there. They were polite, efficient, encouraging and supportive. They had been through this process many times. It's a tough job that requires sensitivity and honesty. In the process of digging out, they unearthed several valuable (sentimental and monetary) items and quickly turned them over to me. The house is 1000% (yes one thousand percent) better for them being there. Thank you Bio-One for helping my family and I get this thing down to a manageable level. I look forward to seeing my family member's face when they see the house all fixed up for the first time! I LOVE BIO-ONE!

Bio-One Pensacola did a fantastic job! My family was in a very dark place. Grief from losing my father resulted in a couple of my household family members shopping excessively to cope. It built up so badly and resulted in a terrible hoarding situation that was so overwhelming. I thought things would never get better but bio one worked so efficiently, helping me go through every single item making sure nothing sentimental was thrown out. Their team was so kind and understanding and took such a caring approach. I cannot recommend them enough nor thank them enough for what they did for my family. Thank you again!! 😊
