I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I would use them again in a second but hoping we never have too again but we'll see. Thanks Mark and Bio-One team!

We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

I can't say how much I appreciate the work this team did for me. Life-changing is an understatement. They did an amazing job on what was coincidentally one of the worst days of my life. And they did it with kindness and great care. It was a reset I really needed, and I don't want to think about what that day would have been like without them.
