After struggling to get someone to help us clean out a cluttered home, Mark was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He was very responsive and was able to come right out and give us a quote. They arrived promptly when they were scheduled. The job was done in the 2 days that were quoted. Most importantly, the entire crew was very understanding of the emotional needs surrounding a clean out of this kind. I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on.
