Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized !
