I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One... to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too.
